A rare antique high-grade silver Moroccan ring made in the Marinid era (mid-13th to 15th century).
This striking ring was made in one piece, not with a separate ‘head’, and is beautifully designed. The head has an intricate engraved image of what appears to be an intricate starburst or flower in niello. The band is very ornate. We have chosen not to clean or polish this ring.
A lovely old and rare piece for the discerning collector.
