Outstanding pair of gilded silver earrings, made in Bukhara, Uzbekistan, in the 1990s. They feature very fine enamel and silver work on the main beautifully shaped pendant and have a central garnet stone cabochon. Coral beads embellish the gilded leaf-shaped jingly dangles. The ear hooks have a further floral decorative element with inset turquoise beads and are 0.7 mm in width, suitable for wearing. These earrings are long and very attention-seeking. A special find.
