Large Vintage Silver Tuareg Cross of Agadez, Niger, West Africa
A large vintage high-grade silver Tuareg Cross of Agadez pendant from Niger, featuring fine tribal etchings on silver. The design is on both sides of the cross. An authentic quality amulet. A cross such as this was passed from father to son at the age of puberty as a protective pendant on his future travels. These crosses were also commonly worn by the women of Agadez where they were made. A very wearable symbolic pendant. The cross will be accompanied by a simple leather cord, ready for wearing immediately if desired.
Photo props are not included.
