A vintage silver ribbed Fulani ring, made in Mali in the 1990s by the Fulani/Peul/Fulbe people, one of the largest ethnic groups in the Sahel and West Africa. An impressive heavy ring, likely to have been reserved for special ceremonies. This handmade traditional ring has a lovely worn patina.
