A striking antique Tuareg silver ring with translucent agate tanfouk. This ring is decorated with a simple etched tribal design on both sides of the silver setting. Tisek rings can be worn as finger rings or as pendants on leather cord. Tuareg people also wear them braided into their hair. The agate offers perceived protection to the wearer. A beautiful ring/pendant with wear commensurate with age.
