Vintage Moroccan Silver Kitab Amulet Pendant

Beautiful silver kitab amulet pendant mounted on copper, made in Guelmim, Morocco, circa 1940. It is layered and has a very fine incised design and granulation.
A lovely example of a traditional Saharan kitab with an aged patina developed over years of wear. A collectible piece in good vintage condition.
The last photo is of similar amulets in the MAP jewellery museum, Marrakech.
