A striking vintage Tekke Turkmen ring, handcrafted from high-grade silver with a fire-gilded design, made in the 1980s.

The open fretwork around the raised head and the band displays fine craftsmanship. The central smooth oval stone is a traditional bezel-set carnelian, believed to ward off evil and bring good health. It has the reddish-orange hue, favoured by Turkmen artisans.
