A white metal Moroccan sugar hammer used to chip pieces off large cones of sugar traditionally used in the Moroccan tea making ceremony. The ornately decorated head is shaped like that of an animal with long horns, maybe an oryx, antelope or gazelle. The hammer is embellished with copper and brass.
