Antique Ait Ouaouzguite Silver Berber Bracelet, Jebel Siroua, Morocco
Beautiful antique high-grade silver Berber bracelet, made circa 1920 in the Ait Ouaouzguite tribal region, southern Morocco. The bracelet features an openwork filigree design neatly arranged in two rows, enhanced with further applied silverwork elements that show remnants of colourful enamel. Several red glass cabochons complete the design.
The bracelet opens and closes by means of a hinge and pin. The patina on this bracelet is lovely, produced by years of wear. Highly collectible and wearable too. In very good vintage condition.
