Old Uzbek Silver & Coral Earrings, Central Asia
Vintage silver Uzbek earrings, hoop design with dangles and silver and coral beads. The ornate ‘peacock’s tail’ within the large hoop of the earring is a traditional design, very attractive.
The original clasp is on the hoops but in their lifetime these earrings have been adapted for ease of wear by also adding thinner removable ear hooks (0.6 mm in width), giving you a choice of how to wear them (see photos). In good vintage condition.
