A magnificent and rare large antique pendant, made in the late 19th century in Bukhara (in present day Uzbekistan). This high-grade silver pectoral pendant is adorned with numerous small turquoise individually-set beads, forming a central heart-shaped design and outlining the six table-cut carnelian cabochons. Five traditional dangles complete the piece. A silver chain suspends the pendant by linking through the three top bales. This really is a remarkable piece of jewellery for the discerning collector.
