Large Vintage Silver Hamsa (Khamsa) Pendant, Meknès, Morocco
A large silver (tested) 'Hand of Fatima' pendant with moulded yaz symbol, made circa 1990 in Meknès, Morocco. The hamsa is decorated with etched silver scrolling patterns and further embellished with the yaz symbol of the 'free man' or 'Amazigh', the Amazigh people’s own name for themselves. Within the yaz are smaller versions of itself. A very unusual and interesting hamsa.
Photo props are not included.
