An outstanding vintage Tuareg tcherot amulet comprising an intricately engraved silver sheet mounted on a brass plate and strung with an old leather cord. The design on the front of the tcherot is stunning – fine, complex and elaborate. Leather decorative balls adorn the leather cord to complete the piece. This tcherot would have been worn in the belief it would afford protection to the wearer. A fabulous collectible piece to treasure.
